How to use the coworking place

Unlocking process
- Register or log in to the River City 21 East Towers I Community Portal
- Enter the desired date and time of use from My Page
- Please make your reservation at least 10 minutes before your desired time of use.
- Select "Issue a code at the date and time you entered"
- After issuance, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered. The confirmation email will be sent from support@goyoh.jp. If you are unable to receive the email, please check your email settings.
- If the code is not issued, please try again. If the code is not displayed even after issuing it multiple times, please contact us via the suggestion box .
- Please enter the issued unlocking key code on the keypad at the entrance to the coworking place to unlock it.
- After unlocking, the door will lock automatically.
- You can enter and exit the room as many times as you like during your reservation time.
- Please leave when the time is up. There are no special procedures to follow.
- Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
- Each person can make a maximum of seven reservations.
- This facility is available to all members who live in buildings 6-10.
How to cancel
Check the reservation you want to cancel from the issued code on your My Page, and press "Cancel" to complete the cancellation.
Other notes
Extending usage time
It is possible if there are seats available. If you would like to extend your time, please make a new reservation for the time you would like to extend. Please refrain from extending your time without permission as this will cause inconvenience to other users.
