February 20th: [Limited to those living in River City 21 Shinkawa] A mindfulness event will be held at "7 Lounge"!
Event Announcement: Mindfulness Workshop on February 20th (Limited to 5 Participants)
To foster a better community for all residents of Rivercity21 Shinkawa, we are launching a new mindfulness event. We will continue to hold events exclusively for Rivercity21 Shinkawa residents, so don't miss out!
Overview
This workshop is designed for people of all ages and genders. It will use a card game called "Life Was Good" to help participants transform negative experiences from business and daily life into positives.
The instructor will be Rio Hoshizuki, a former Takarazuka Revue actress who retired in the fall of 2021. Drawing on her training and experience in the Takarazuka Revue and as a tap dancer, where she honed her skills to deliver peak performances to audiences, this casual program focuses on mind management with a "positive thinking" approach.
