To the residents of River City 21 East Towers I, Buildings 6, 7, 8, and 10

Thank you very much for submitting so many opinions and requests through the suggestion box. We are pleased to provide responses to the feedback we received from you. The following is a partial list of the items received. We are currently considering improvements for other suggestions as well.

Received Opinions/Requests and Their Responses

【Building 6】

・Please make the coworking space in Building 6 available earlier.

It is now available from 8:30 AM. It is also available on Sundays and holidays, so please feel free to use it.

【Building 10】

・ In Building 10, the shared cart that was often used to transport bulky waste has disappeared.

Previously, it was placed in the elevator hall by the Residents' Association, but now it is available for rent at the reception on the 1st floor of Building 10. Please feel free to use it. (Building 10 only)

・ We are troubled by static electricity in the freight elevator of Building 10.

We have installed an anti-static sheet in the freight elevator of Building 10, so please feel free to use it.

・There are bicycles left in the common areas, please address this issue.

We conduct regular patrols. We will continue to be vigilant and conduct patrols.

・ During in-building announcements such as for disaster drills, it's startling when the announcement starts abruptly. We would like a short sound, such as a chime, to be played at the beginning.

This would require an equipment upgrade, making it difficult to implement. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

・Please install Wi-Fi in the lounge on the 37th floor.

This has been installed, so please feel free to use it.
