Thank you very much for submitting so many comments and requests through the suggestion box. We will be publishing our responses to the comments and requests we have received from everyone. The following are just some of the submissions we received. We are currently considering improvements for other comments as well.

・Bicycles are being left in common areas, please address this.

We conduct regular patrols and will continue to do so diligently.

・Please install hand soap in the 7th floor lounge.

We have installed hand soap in the 7th floor lounge restroom. Please feel free to use it.

・Please install a garbage bin for burnable waste in the 7th floor lounge.

We kindly ask that you take any trash generated in the 7th floor lounge with you when you leave. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding.

・Please introduce a bicycle rental service.

We have considered this, but it is currently difficult to implement. We will continue to explore the feasibility of this in the future.
