Introducing Initiatives Based on Resident Surveys and Suggestion Box Feedback

We use your feedback to make improvements, provide feedback, and expand our services.

In July of this year, we held an online language exchange event called "Language Café" in response to requests such as "I want to participate in social events" and "I want an opportunity to speak with residents from diverse cultural backgrounds."

Participants have also expressed their hope for a second event, saying, "I hope this event continues." Thank you for participating.

We will use your feedback to improve our services, so we look forward to receiving your responses.

Survey reward

We offer the following three types of rewards to those who respond to this survey.

  We will give you an Amazon gift card worth 500 yen.
• Donate to a local children's diner
  The donation (500 yen worth) will be donated to local children's diner and support activities through our community portal.
• Donate to forest creation
  We will donate the donation (500 yen worth) to the forest conservation activities of the forest conservation organization "More Trees" through our community portal .

※Rewards will be distributed in 2-3 weeks.

Target conditions

Those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible.

• Those who are currently living in "River City 21 Shinkawa".
• Those who have registered as residents on our River City 21 East Towers I & Shinkawa Community Portal Site and responded to the questionnaire.
