Request for application for route B service

Thank you very much for applying for Nature Remo.

B route service is required to use Nature Remo E lite. There is no charge, so please apply in advance.

What is B route service?

This is a service provided by Tokyo Electric Power Company (and other power companies) that sends data measured by smart meters to your home's HEMS equipment. By using it in conjunction with a monitoring device such as Nature Remo E lite, you can easily check your power usage.

B route service application process

1.Identification of supply point identification number

The supply (power receiving) point identification number is a 22-digit number.

・Check meter reading slips and electricity bills

・Check on the website

・Contact your retail electricity provider

You can check using the following methods.

2.Application

Click the <Start Usage> button on the TEPCO page below, enter the required information including the supply point identification number identified in step 1, and apply to start using Route B.

3.Get ID and password

TEPCO will verify the application details and confirm the meter information.

The authentication ID and password will be sent to you by mail and password within 3 days of your application. Please check it as soon as it arrives.

4.Connect with Nature Remo E lite

Enter your B route service authentication ID and password to connect to your home smart meter (electricity meter).

*In order to use Route B service, a smart meter must be installed, but RiverCity21 already has a smart meter installed, so there is no need to replace it.

*When moving, please apply for "Termination of use" of Route B service from the TEPCO website.
