Your physical condition and the impression you make on others change with daily habits.

This portal site introduces simple stretches that can be done in your spare time, making them easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Please take a look.

Pressure Points to Clear Your Head

Try pressing your thumb into the hollow of your temple.

Simply pressing gently can be effective for eye strain, headaches, stress relief, and dizziness.

When stretching, focusing on deep breaths helps to relax the entire body, making it more effective.

If you want to feel even more refreshed, try neck stretches as well.
