One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki
The theme this time is "self-production."
I'll tell you some tips on how to make yourself attractive.
It is said that first impressions are determined in the first five seconds.
It's difficult to assess someone's character in such a short time when you first meet them.
So, what information can be conveyed in five seconds?
"Impression," "Atmosphere," "Air"...
There are many factors that create this, but I think facial expressions and posture have a big influence.
You often hear the term "bodybuilding."
To get closer to your ideal figure, you will exercise and train your muscles.
They even have the same face.
There are over 30 types of facial muscles, and it is said that we only use 30-40% of them in our daily lives.
If you don't consciously move your muscles, they will weaken and you won't be able to control them freely, which means you won't be able to create a natural smile.
Since the coronavirus pandemic has forced us to wear masks, I often hear people say, "I can't laugh properly."
Apparently, many people don't want to take off their masks in public because they feel embarrassed...
Would people around you find an expression attractive if you don't think it's good?
The answer is NO.
The most important thing is to make daily progress.
Try to start by doing what you can, such as making an effort to smile regularly and chewing your food thoroughly.
It's also a good idea to train your facial muscles to boost your confidence!
・Gives a rich look
Maintain a youthful face
・Be positive
Such an effect can be expected.
You can also create a good impression by being conscious of your posture every day.
Hunching over gives off a negative, lacking confidence and can affect your voice.
Master the correct posture and achieve a dignified look!
