One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki

The theme this time is "relaxation."

Here are some tips to help you spend your days comfortably.

How are you all doing?

This is Hoshizuki.

Bath time is one of the relaxing times.

When you're busy, many people just take a shower, right?

It's a good idea to soak in the bathtub as much as possible, even if it's just for a short time.

Warming your body not only relieves fatigue, but also has a refreshing effect by reducing swelling and tension!

A temperature of around 38℃ to 40℃ is recommended.

Longer is not necessarily better, but ideally, you should soak for 10 to 15 minutes.

Frequency over time.

It is important to make it a habit and continue doing it every day.

When it comes to bath salts, it's best to use the one that soothes you the most, rather than the one that's effective!

(Personally, I like Epsom salts. They keep you warm even in winter.)

You will sweat, so be sure to drink plenty of fluids before and after bathing.

Please do not push yourself too hard and focus on comfort.
